Q - If I buy a comic, and it arrived in unsatisfactory condition, can I return or get a replacement?
A - Yes. our refund policy states that you have 30 days to claim a defective product or incorrect order. Simply contact us using our support section, and we will promptly contact you to arrange your refund. You will be required to send any defective or incorrect product back to us before we can send you a replacement or refund.

Q -Will you offer bulk runs if I want to sell my comics at a convention?
A -Currently the site does not support this feature yet. The short answer is yes as long as our ISBN/ISSN code is not attached to the product that you'd like to sell. Send us an email at cm@thefabler.com with your request and we will work it out with you.
Q -If the Fabler Comics ISBN/ISSN code is attached to my comic product, can I still sell the same comic elsewhere under my own or someone else's ISBN/ISSN?
A - Yes. The comic that you submitted through our site with our ISBN/ISSN belongs to us for the 1 year period. This does not prevent you from printing your comic somewhere else with a different ISBN/ISSN code as long as your not breeching any exclusivity agreements. That being said, using different ISBN/ISSN codes for the same product title can be confusing for retailers and consumers and is not recommended.
Q - What if I printed on my own, can The Fabler.com just distribute for me?
A - Very soon yes.

Q - If I have an online store component to my commercial location business, can I still buy products from Fabler Comics, and feature them online as well?
A - Yes. As long as the product is physically displayed in your store.
